Meet the Doctor

Dr. Erica Chillemi is a New York transplant that is beyond thrilled to call Tampa her new home! She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Villanova University, and then went on to complete her dental degree at the Rutgers University School of Dental Medicine with a Distinction in Special Care Dentistry. She continued her education at the University of Florida, where she earned her certificate to specialize in Pediatric dentistry. With this additional training, Dr. Chillemi has gained valuable knowledge and experience in behavior management and treating children and adolescents with special healthcare needs.

Dr. Chillemi is passionate about working with children, as it offers the opportunity to establish positive dental experiences at an early age and extinguish dental anxiety in the future for her patients. Her mission is to promote oral health in a fun, non-threatening environment! She believes that if her patients can leave with a smile, she has done her job right!

In her free time, Dr. Chillemi enjoys cooking, yoga, going to the beach, and spending quality time with friends, family, and her kitty-cat, Stella! Fun Fact: Dr. Chillemi comes from a long line of dentists — her mother, father, and grandfather are all dentists!!
